Perma Blend was founded in 2013 when a mother of twins found herself at a crossroads. With a passion for education and a hunger for a new creative outlet, she discovered the dynamic world of permanent makeup. Once she stepped in, there was no turning back.

After attending countless training courses, she set out on a simple yet ambitious mission: to create pigments that empower artists to achieve flawless, long-lasting results.
